THE MEDEX WEB AFFILIATE PROGRAM
The Affiliate Program offers you the ability to create a web-based affiliation between your website and the MEDEX website. This affiliation will grant your clients easy and efficient on-line access to a variety of quality travel medical products while you generate additional revenue.

How does it work?
Sales are tracked using cookies. A cookie is a tiny text file that tracks which affiliate sent the customer and what type of link they used. It does NOT record email addresses or any other personal information. When someone visits your web site and clicks on the MEDEX affiliate text link, this will automatically direct the visitor to our web site. The visitor is "remembered" through the cookie generated by the affiliate text link and if the visitor purchases a program with us, you will be paid a commission.

Products Available

  • TravMed Abroad is comprehensive major medical health and evacuation coverage for persons traveling outside the U.S.
  • MEDEX SafeTrip is ideal for the traveler who has adequate health insurance coverage that will pay for medical expenses incurred abroad, but excludes or limits coverage for evacuation or repatriation services.

  • TravMed International provides medical/evacuation insurance and assistance for persons living or traveling outside of their home country for 6-12 months at a time. TravMed International also provides AD&D coverage and is renewable each year.

How do I link?

  • A link would be created between your website and the MEDEX website.
  • Clients visiting your website will click on the link which takes them directly to the MEDEX site.
  • Clients will be able to review content about all MEDEX products and services and will be able to enroll on-line for all products.
  • Fulfillment material will be automatically generated by the system and sent electronically to the customer.
  • The system will track all production generated via your site and administrative fees will be paid at the close of each month.
  • Sometimes insureds prefer to pick up the phone and speak directly to a customer service representative regarding their enrollment. In these cases, enrollments by mail, phone and fax are tracked as well for the payment of your fee.

Timeframe and Responsibilities for Setup:
MEDEX would work with the designated contact at your company to establish the placement of the banner language and the link. MEDEX can supply standard banner language, or work with you to tailor the verbiage for your site.
